Housing Division

The City’s Housing Division administers federal, state and local affordable housing funds to improve the quality of life of community members through affordable housing and related community development activities.
Staff implements goals of the Housing Element of the General Plan and the HUD Consolidated Plan and administers the Successor Housing Agency responsibilities.
The Housing Division works with both non-profit and for-profit developers to increase the supply of housing that is affordable to households at or below the moderate income threshold, including seniors and those with special needs.
