Opportunity To Serve on City of Chico Arts Commission
The City of Chico is seeking applicants interested in serving on the Arts Commission to fill an unscheduled vacancy. To be Eligible for appointment, you must be a resident of the City of Chico and a qualified voter (18 years or older).
A summary of the Commission's activities can be found here. This appointment is to fill a four-year term that began in January 2025 and will expire January 2029.
If interested in applying, you may download the forms provided on the web page or pick up an applicantion packet from the City Clerk's office located a 411 Main Street, on the 3rd floor. Once the required documents are completed, you may (1) drop them off at the City Clerk's Office, (2) mail them to the City Clerk, PO Box 3420, Chico, CA 95927, or (3) email them to the City Clerk's Office.
ALL APPLICATIONS AND REQUIRED SUPPLEMENTALS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE BY 5:00 PM, FRIDAY, January 9, 2026.
All Applications must be accompanied by the Arts Commission supplemental form.
