The 2026 Road Rehabilitation Project will improve the existing roadway segment of E. 20th Street from Notre Dame Boulevard to the N. Bound Hwy 99 on and off ramps. Proposed work includes pavement reconstruction and resurfacing, crack sealing, dig-outs, re-striping, reducing travel lane width, upgrading bicycle lanes to include green paint and a buffer zone, ADA compliant curb ramps, new signage, and repairing sections of broken sidewalks, curbs, gutters, drainage features, and sewer system facilities.
