FAQS
Can I still get to my house during construction?
Absolutely. Access to all properties will be maintained throughout the project. Construction crews will help direct you safely in and out of your driveway or business entrance.
How will I know when construction starts on my street?
You’ll receive a door hanger notification at least 72 hours before work begins in your immediate area. This gives you time to plan ahead and make any necessary arrangements.
Why do you need to work at night?
Some construction activities require closing the entire road, which we can't do safely during busy daytime traffic. Night work allows us to complete these tasks while causing the least disruption to your daily commute and business operations.
What happens in an emergency?
Emergency vehicles will always have access through the construction zone. We maintain close coordination with police, fire, and ambulance services to ensure they can respond quickly to any emergency.
What if weather causes delays?
Rain and other weather conditions can affect construction schedules. If the project timeline changes, we’ll update you through door notifications, this page, and other communication channels.
