The Project includes construction of  a roundabout at the intersection of Garner Lane and the Esplanade.  Improvements consist of curb, gutter, sidewalk, bike safety improvements, storm drainage infrastructure, lighting, and landscaping within the project limits. The project is funded by Federal Highway Administration’s Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) program.
