Sewer Connection Assistance Program

Low-income Homeowners within the City of Chico may be eligible for a Grant to assist with the costs of connecting to City Sewer.

Eligibility Requirements:

Property is within City Limits
Property is owner-occupied
Owner/occupant and all household members must qualify as 'low-income' per the HUD
